Attorney NATALIA MALYSHKINA, ESQ.
Natalia Malyshkina immigrated to the U.S.A. and became a naturalized U.S. citizen. She graduated from universities in Russia and Finland in 2005 with degrees in business administration and management.
After years of working in the California mechanical, electrical and civil engineering consulting industry, Natalia was accepted to San Francisco Law School where she received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
Licensed to practice law in California since 2012, Natalia is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), The Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Bar Association, and the Queen’s Bench Bar Association.
Natalia served as an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Alliant International University, teaching graduate-level coursework in U.S. immigration law.
Natalia served as President of San Francisco Law School Alumni Association from 2019 to 2022 and continues to serve as a Board Member. Through these roles, Natalia has supported alumni engagement, professional development, and the ongoing mission of legal education in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As a lifelong learner, Natalia is currently completing advanced executive education at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business through the LEAD program.
Natalia is committed to providing professional, compassionate, and honest service to her immigration and business clients.
Natalia speaks English and Russian languages fluently; she knows basic French and Finnish languages.
